Why does the wheel click on a right turn?

Answer
The right-turn clicking sound you hear is most likely a result of worn or damaged outer CV joints. A quick way to test this is to drive the car in reverse while cranking the wheel to one side ? being careful to check the rear view mirror first! If the noise is louder it should confirm the diagnosis.

Answer

most likely the clicking noise you hear is your tie-end rod. When they get worn or ready to break the click when turnig the steering wheel
