Offered by the Chrysler Corporation from 1994 until 2005, the Dodge Neon is
a compact front wheel drive car that was designed to replace the Dodge Shadow,
Plymouth Sundance, Plymouth Duster as well as the Dodge Colt. This model eventually
had different versions to fit the different needs of possible vehicle buyers.
As the different versions came to be released, the problems present in the
early Dodge Neon parts eventually came to be sorted out. In 2006, the Dodge Neon was replaced by the Dodge Caliber. Although the model has been improved, there is still quite a number of Dodge Neon that can be seen running in the highways of the United States. To aid the early buyers in maintaining their cars, Dodge Neon parts accessories are made available in the market. Aside from the standard assemblies like engines, cooling systems, suspension systems, brake system, and exhaust systems, the company also offers Dodge Neon parts accessories like headlights, tail lights, protective bars, and body enhancements. It is said the cars second generation featured more than one thousand enhanced features that made the car more quiet and enjoyable for its passengers. Its more refined interior was furnished with Dodge Neon parts accessories that made it even more appealing. Although its final units were assembled in 2005, many replacement parts are still available for them. The model has just been succeeded by the Dodge Caliber, but Dodge Neons continue to provide its owners with the finest of comforts. |

The Dodge Neon and Its Parts by GLADY REIGN |
Early Dodge Neons had some reliability problems and the most famous of those
is head gasket failure. Sometime around 1998, some Dodge Neon parts like the
head gasket were replaced with a new Multi Layer Steel (MLS) design. The MLS design
turned out to be much more reliable and thus became the standard for most
1999 Dodge Neon models. In order to address the flaw in the early Neon models,
the MLS design was also retrofitted for them. |

The Chrysler Neon (known in North America as the Dodge Neon, the Plymouth Neon, and
also known as the Le Reno (Pronounced Lay Ray No)) was a compact front wheel
drive car introduced in January 1994 for the 1995 model year by Chrysler Corporation's
Dodge and Plymouth brands. It was branded as a Chrysler model in Japan,
Europe, and Australia (where it was the first car to be sold as a Chrysler since
1981) export markets, as well as briefly in Mexico, Canada, and Egypt. It replaced
the Dodge Shadow and Plymouth Sundance & Duster models and the Dodge &
Plymouth Colt. The Neon was offered in multiple versions and configurations over
its production life, which ended on September 23, 2005. From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia |
