Where is the PCV valve located on a 1991 Ford F150?

PCV Valve
Not all engines are the same. I am going to guess that you have a 4.9 Liter. It also came with a 5.0 and one other motor, I believe. Try looking under the intake manifold.

Here is more input:

Your pcv valve is inder the plenum on the passenger side inthe back corner. find the hose by its self on the top of the plenum follow it. it connects to the pcv.

The F-Series is a series of full-size pickup trucks from Ford Motor Company sold for over five decades. The most popular variant of the F-Series is the F-150. It was the best-selling vehicle in the United States for 23 years and has been the best-selling truck for 31 years,[1] though this does not include combined sales of GM pickup trucks.[2] Analysts estimate that the F-Series alone makes up half of the Ford Motor Company's profits in recent years[citation needed]. In the tenth generation of the F-series, the F-250HD and F-350 changed body style and joined the Super Duty series.
